Rest and relaxation abound in this charming condo at the coveted Gulf Place Caribbean. Ideally situated on the 3rd floor with a wrap-around balcony, this corner unit has sweeping views of the Gulf. Two balcony French doors open to a bright and spacious living/dining area and beautifully remodelled kitchen. The dining area comfortably seats 6 plus 2 additional at the kitchen bar.

This condo can comfortably sleep 10 people with 3 queen beds, hall bunk beds, and pull-out sleeper sofa. Two full baths, one with a tub/shower combination, the other with a walk-in shower, as well as a stack washer and dryer add extra convenience for your stay.

Centrally located in Gulf Place, the Caribbean is the perfect place for a beach getaway. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis, a community green space and venue for live music, as well as an ice cream shop, a coffee shop and several amazing restaurants including Shunk Gulley and the Perfect Pig all within walking distance. Once you park for your stay, there is no need to drive anywhere.

Three beach access points, two Gulf Place private beach accesses and the Ed Waline public beach access, are just a short walk across the street.

Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary are an easy 10-15 min trek on bike or golf cart.

Note: Golf Carts and Bicycles can be rented for your stay through several local companies. We recommend Pristine Golf Cart Rentals and YOLO Board and Bike in Blue Mountain.

Great trip

I have stayed in this complex probably 6 times and this unit was the best by far. This unit provided a lot of little extras that they didnt have too.that made our stay more comfortable.

Why they chose this property

It checked every box for us when we bought it! For starters, its beachy and fun, but very comfortable. Comfortable queen beds for 6 adults and some really fun built-in bunks for the kids. The balcony is huge and offers panoramic views of the ocean. It's high enough to get a great view but not so high that its scary with kids (3rd floor).

The complex is perfect for families and small children. It is very easy to get around and sits right by the water! The beach is never crowded and the pools are always comfortable for kids, even in the winter.

I think families will love staying at Gulf Place Caribbean. Park your car and walk/bike/cart to everything on 30A
