Poolside Paradise - Gulf Place Caribbean

Gulf Place Caribbean is back and better than ever! Balconies and patios have been renovated, the elevator is brand new and the stairwells have been replaced.

Welcome to our Poolside Paradise! This is a first floor 1 bedroom condo with bunks and 1 bathroom. Access to the pool and spa is through a private gate just a few steps out the back door of the condo . . . it’s like having your own private cabana. The custom kitchen layout features extra counter space, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The bedroom has a king sized bed and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. There are large flat screen TVs in the living room and the master bedroom and comfortable Adirondack chairs on the open patio. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. You’ll love the convenience of having your own full sized washer and dryer in the unit. We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels.

Gulf Place has three private beach accesses just across Scenic Highway 30-A. Because our condo is so close to the beach, you can get exercise by actually walking ON the beach, not walking TO the beach. We also have three swimming pools that are heated year round, not to mention tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole.

Fall Break Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place Caribbean. The location is just perfect. It is just a short walk to the beach. The water is crystal clear and the sand is soft and white. A true paradise. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the pool and hot tub are just steps away. We will definitely return.

Loved the first floor setting by pool/hot tub. Short walk to ocean. Able to surf fish and cook my catch on nearby grill. Will be back !

Perfect place for a small family

We spent 3 nights during Spring Break 2024. The location is perfect, easy parking and right across the beach access. I had a couple questions regarding the amenities Pass and the live TV subscription. The owner gave me answers within minutes, very friendly and responsive. We’ll definitely come back!

Great condo for small family

This condo has all you need for a great beach vacay. Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for? We would def stay again! Oh, the neighborhood area is really cool too. The only items that could possibly make it better would be some better rugs to help with sand but they do have a broom to help sweep up all the sand. You can wash off 100 times with the hose but somehow the kids and items still bring sand back. But, that's the beach for you.

Family Vacation

My family and I ( wife and 3 kids)stayed for the week at the end of May 2025. This was our 2nd time staying here and again it did not disappoint. The beach access is very close (property has plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use) and the pool area is fantastic. My son and i played pickleball several mornings before going to the beach. The owners again were very responsive with questions leading up to the trip. Can't say enough positive things about it.

Wonderful Stay at Gulf Place

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, making it feel like home. The host was very responsive, quickly resolving any minor issues to my satisfaction.The Gulf Place amenities were excellent—especially the nice size heated pool and hot tub at the Caribbean, perfect after a day of cycling and walking. The nearby heated community pool was beautiful and spacious and just a short walk or drive away, with on-site bathrooms with a changing area. A small natural forest area between the parking lot and community pool was a peaceful retreat, with shuffleboard and bag toss.The first-floor location made parking easy, just steps from the unit. A bedroom window overlooks the lot, adding a sense of security in this already safe area. The layout was convenient, with a bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and hallway. The full-size washer and dryer were a great perk.The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was comfortable with a large TV. Gulf Place offers great dining and drinks with walking distanceThe Timpoochee Trail runs in front of the unit, making cycling a great way to explore 30A. Beach access is unbeatable—just across 30A! The unit even provides beach chairs.We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again!

Our favorite beach escape

We have stayed in this condo several times and always have a great time. The location is great! We were excited this last trip that the owner added chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items. The owner is great to work with and always very helpful. We can hardly wait for our next visit!

Convenient and Comfy!

We had a great stay! This location is so convenient! Its right off the pool on the first floor, the front door is right off the parking lot for easy loading and unloading and the beach is a short walk away through a private access gate. We loved our stay - it was the first time traveling with our little one and this condo was wonderful. The only downside we saw was that the tile floors were dirty - there was no visible dirt but the bottoms of our feet turned black after we walked barefoot in the condo the first day. A quick mop with some soap and we had no issues the rest of the week! When I told Laura about it, she said she would talk to the cleaning crew about it for future guests. She was very kind and communicative. She made sure we knew there would be some light construction and offered a discount because of it. She was well prepared and even let us know the condo was ready for us early. This was a great experience and we will likely try to rent from Laura and Dan in the future. Oh, and they had plenty of sand toys, chairs and umbrellas on the patio - very nice if you have limited packing space in the car!
