'Makin' Memories' is a newly renovated vacation retreat available on the famed scenic '30A' beach highway. Perfect for couples or small families, this 1bd, 1.5ba is furnished in coastal living style that will make you feel treated while also offering all the convenience and comfort of home living. Everything you need is right here. Choose to eat out at amazing nearby restaurants (many in walking distance) or eat in and watch the sunset from your balcony (Publix and Walmart are just up the road)!

Located perfectly on Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, this hidden treasure offers the famous turquoise gulf waters and finest white sand you will ever imagine. 'Makin' Memories' at Gulf Place Cabanas is truly a hidden gem!!!

This third floor unit offers all upgrades including all tiled floors, marble bathroom, granite counter tops, along with top of the line furnishings. The Master bedroom offers a King size bed with a pillow top mattress, LCD Smart television, and separate bathroom entrance.

The full size hall bunks are perfect for young children all the way up to adults.

The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. There is a seated granite bar top with two chairs, and dining seating for four on the patio. The living room has seating for five, along with a large flat screen Smart TV, and DVD Player. The balcony will allow for a quiet evening with an ocean view. The summer months offer various entertainment for all vacationers. The atmosphere along 30A is very family friendly and you will feel welcome from the very first day.

The most impressive amenity of 'Makin' Memories' is our three pools. The pool below our unit offers a hot tub and is heated during the winter months. After enjoying a day of fun and sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, there is nothing like a swim in the pool.

For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30A offers a nineteen mile bike/walking trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. Also along 30A there are shops, dining, and entertainment for everyone. Seaside is only a short ten minute drive, and Destin is as well. TGulf Place is centrally located for everyone's needs.

If eating is your pleasure, restaurants along 30A are the best of the best. You will never get tired of eating at the same places because there are too many fine dining and other eating establishments to find. You will also find many quaint shops, art galleries, and live concerts and festivals along this nineteen mile road.

If you enjoy the outdoors, besides biking, this area has great golfing, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. A short drive will give you many choices of activities to please anyone.

We walked everywhere! To eat, shop, the beach, all we needed and or wanted was a few steps away. Actually it made eating out to easy! We lived the 30A bike trail, stopping along the way for eats and drinks couldn’t have asked for much more.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location for a vacation. Only issues were when we checked in there were no paper towels or dish soap and soon found out there was two half rolls of toilet paper in the bathers an only 1 replacement. Thankfully we only stayed a few days. Messaged the owner who said they would remedy but unfortunately did not happen. Also the pool at cabana was closed due to construction and the other pool/hot tub heater was broken and was rather cold so we stayed at beach.

This was a wonderful property. It was in a quiet neighborhood, just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The crosswalk was helpful even though the street wasn’t terribly busy. Gulf Place is one of my favorite complexes to stay at in Santa Rosa, and this trip was no different! Steps away from private beach access, this location cannot be beat. Great location, not right on the beach but so close. You can walk to a lot of local shops, eatery’s, bars. Did I mention, this is the best beach I’ve ever seen, warm, clean, white powdery sand. You can’t beat it.

We truly enjoyed our week at Santa Rosa Beach and our condo. Easy booking process, clean condo, had everything we needed, right across the street from the beach. The free washer/dryers onsite was very helpful. The guys with 30A Shade Beach chair service was great to work with for our umbrella and chairs each day. We drove down Gulf Scenic Drive and had dinner at Miller’s Ale House, it was wonderful!
