Amazing waterfront property with boat slip and epic outdoor living space for unforgettable gatherings. Family friendly and spacious this home offers a hot tub and a SLIDE! This IS the place to come for fun! There are no other properties in the area that offer as many amenities as this TRULY FOUR SEASON destination does.

Arrive to this gated property with a 4 car covered parking area to spend time with your family and friends in this amazing area with so many things to do! Shop, Fish, Boat, Sun, Toast S'mores at the fire pit, play games, swing on the various porch swings, SLIDE into the Bayou from the high porch with the fun yellow slide.

Launch your kayak or canoe into the expansive local paddling trail system right from the lower deck! Maps can be located online at https://www.tpwd.texas.gov. This property offers boat slips as well to accommodate your personal watercraft.

Enjoy a soak in the Bullfrog HOT TUB for 4-6 adults! This area is well light and can be shaded for extra privacy. There is a fun Patio Lounge for hanging out as well.

Comfortably sleep 8 in the main house with linens and extra blow up beds on site. Multiple beds and clean bathrooms along with an extra large water heater are sure to make your stay cozy. Linens are included at this property so you feel right at home.

The kitchen and dining areas are perfect for noshing with your family. This well stocked kitchen is ready to be used. The large island and inside table seating for 8 as well as multiple outdoor dining areas are great for spending time. For outdoor grilling you will find a gas grill as well as a charcoal option. Fuel for either option are available locally; should you choose.

On shore there is a small guest house that is available for rent ONLY in addition to the main house. This area must be rented for the duration of the stay. There will not be another family on the property at the same time the main house is being rented. Please inquire about rates to include this super fun cabin in your stay.

Close the gate when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties. This is a family friendly vacation spot. No coolers on hardwood floors in house. No fireworks. Any damages will result in additional fees.
House is monitored by security system. Failure to respect rules and property will result in being asked to leave immediately without refund.
Do not park on grass. Damage to sprinkler heads caused by parking on grass will result in additional fees.

Family Fun

Perfect location on the bayou. It’s a short walk or boat ride to Big Pines Lodge. Outdoor spots to meet everyone’s needs; sunny deck with slide and jump platform, shaded deck with table, bar and swings, and a screened in porch. The large table inside is perfect for family game nights! I’ve lost count how many times we have stayed here but there are little improvements each year.

The small cabin is perfect for a couple, and is reasonably priced. The hot tub was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the fire pit! The river is close and relaxing. We enjoyed the privacy. We will be back!

Peaceful bayou setting

Lovely house, great view of the bayou, serene setting, best porch I’ve ever sat on, and I sat out there sunrise and sunset, every day! It’s fully screened in, so no bugs, and you can hear and see all kinds of birds and wildlife. Just a great location and home.

Fantastic Anniversary Trip!

We truly enjoyed this piece of paradise! It was very quiet and peaceful! It was also very secure. The owner was very sweet and was accommodating! We will definitely be back. The restaurants in the area had great food as well, especially the River Bend. Can't wait for our next trip!!

It was ok, was smaller than what the listing showed, and not a kids area like the listing showed. What showed a white and blue house in the kids area ended up being another house you could rent for extra money. Wasn’t what the listing advertised. Perfect Birthday on the Bayou

We went fir my Sons 42nd Bday and I'm telling you..the pictures do not justify how awesome of a place it is...Big Beautiful Open and Fish Perfect. Very Impressed how clean and everything there provided from Kitchen bathroom and Shower downstairs to die for plus hot tub and the slide the kids will love no matter what age.

We had a great family weekend getaway, wish we would have booked for a longer stay,, it was awesome, the house was just perfect, we spent most of our time outside on the dock we brought our own boats and loved it, everything was perfect, a restaurant was just down the road and the food and service was out of this world, the owners of the house was very responsive when ask a question! Quiet get away

Super clean. Small cozy home. Family of 4. We were able to bring canoe and keep on the dock. Super convenient. Nice large porch with a grill and picnic table we enjoyed for meals and fire pit for s’mores. We ccanoed and went hiking and enjoyed visiting little town of Jefferson which has a kids train ride / alligator feeding. Host was easily accessible when needed by phone and was away for weekend. Much better than staying at Caddo state park cabin. Just for $25 able to bring our dog too:-)

Beautiful house with great location

This property is amazing! The house is beautiful inside, and the decks outside are fantastic! We had breakfast each morning and dinner each night on the screened upper deck overlooking the river, which was wonderful! Each night before bed we sat in the swing chairs on the lower deck and relaxed listening to music. The location is great too. If you want to kayak in the swamp, it’s just a short trip up the river to Smiths Slough, which will take you right into some amazing swamp areas in Carters Lake. Great fishing back in there too, and we even saw some beautiful birds and a couple of wild pigs. This was our first time at Caddo Lake, but we’ll be going back, and when we do we will definitely plan on staying at this property!
