Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.

We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.

This apartment is part of a 2BR Lockoff, so the 2nd room can be rented separately. No areas will be shared with other tenants. After you access the main door, 2 separate doors give separate access to each part.

For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost.
