Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 10:00am. Take out at all trash and recycling. Cans are against the large white garage in parking lot. Brown is trash, Green is recycling
Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it with the provided tabs under the sink. Wipe down any surfaces that need it. Turn off all lights and lock the door on your way out.
If you have pets. Leave no evidence of a pet in the unit, no hair or mess inside the unit. Clean up after your dog outside as well. If this is not done there is $150 cleaning fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pet fee if there is no evidence of a pet. You must clean all pet hair up on furniture and floors or $150 fee.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND
Must pick up after your pets outside, waste stations provided

Such a lovely home and pristine accommodations. We were happy that someone could accommodate our pack of pups and seemed genuinely happy to host us! Dawn is lovely and a joy to work with. There is green space down the road and the town is adorable. The location is safe and a nice place to walk. Don't hesitate to book if you are in the area!

What a nice place to stay! Everything we could have asked for was there. The kitchen and bathroom were especially well equipped. We loved the view of lights at night. It was also pet friendly for walking our dog.

Great stay in Monroe

The apartment we stayed in was a perfect little getaway. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. The host was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay there on our next trip to Monroe.

The apartment has been remodeled and is in great condition inside. The building itself and neighborhood is unimpressive. The apartment was clean but there was a slight dog odor in upholstered bed and some items that aren’t laundered after every stay, e.g. throw pillows & decorative blankets. I had to contact the management several times and VRBO to get the code to enter the apartment. I did not receive it until after the checkin time.

Adorable, beautifully decorated, cozy apartment in the perfect location. Close to everything but off the main road. Quiet neighborhood. Beds are so comfy!!! I slept hard. Stacking washer and dryer, so many amenities and extras! I would definitely book this apartment again when I come through town.

I just had another great stay with family in Cin Cin. One factor that made my stay so great was this lovely apartment. It is always spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. I love staying here and will never stay anywhere else!

We were in town for a sports tournament and stumbled upon this amazing VRBO right near the sports complex. It was super convenient and also close to all the best food and entertainment spots. The VRBO had everything a family could ever need, no matter how long we were there. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and they made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great Place!

We recently stayed at this apartment for the VOA concert. It was in close proximity to the country festival and close to the Monroe outlets. The place was clean, cute, and all around a great place to stay. We look forward to staying here again next year for the VOA country festival.
