Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There were a few issues with our stay here. Firstly, the listing made it sound like we were renting the entire home but we were renting the bottom half of the house and there were people upstairs which was not clear when we booked. Second, the space needed a thorough clean. There were food splatters on the cabinets, spiderwebs in the door jams, and a moldy smell in the bathroom. Third, our dog got into either some poisonous plants or someone’s discarded chocolate (we saw something brown melted in the rocks outside our patio)… sadly our pup got very sick and ending up passing away while on the trip. The host was caring and willing to resolve issues but overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
We loved the isolation, the beautiful scenery, and the sound of cowbells!
Enjoyed our stay. Could hear a fair amount of noise upstairs early in the morning but otherwise very pleasant.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Sorry about the noise, must've been the upper unit guests who arrived early in the morning. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience.😊
The property is a beautiful & quiet hidden gem. Management is great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Booking the property was a joke! They needed so much information was ready to cancel before we arrived!! Will never stay there or at a place like that again,
The property itself was beautiful. I’m tactfully trying to be honest about the inside provisions.
I only had a half roll of toilet paper for 6 nights along with paper towels. I ran out. I’m pretty conservative.
The kitchen potholders were dirty and smelled.
The kitchen dish cloths were very badly stained
and dirty looking.
The bed cover had stains on it.
I just felt it could have been kept up a little better.
There was other occupants in the upstairs. Very noisy.
It is a very nice place!

Thank you for the great review! We're glad you enjoyed the privacy, beauty of the property, and communication throughout your stay. We appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you again in the future!
Clean and nice views. My mom said there was one issue with the mattress on the bottom bunk. It had small plastic tags (tufting pins) that she could feel through the sheets and ended up using the couch cushions as a barrier. She suggests, maybe a new mattress or a nice thick mattress pad.
Thanks!
Amy
The location was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to wander the beautiful private property and get some great photos. We stopped and picked up
Groceries to prepare dinner and the kitchen did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a relaxing clean stay.
