This 1BR apartment is unique in that you also will have exclusive access to the Wellness studio directly above the apartment on the 3rd floor. Whether catching up with friends and loved ones on the Turkish floor sofas, stretching out on the yoga mats or getting work done in the writers nook; the space is a bonus addition to the primary living quarters.

Private deck in rear of the home for morning coffee. Home can be entered from rear deck or from the front door. Off street parking for one car behind the property. You have exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floor.
