Great location for golfing

Stayed at this condo for one month located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We took a one month membership at the Palm Aire golf and enjoyed the golf course as well⛳️ Would definitely recommend this place for golfers looking for a quiet place to stay and relax.

New kitchen and bathrooms!

Very spacious for two people! Appreciated the new kitchen and new bathrooms. Very clean and bright. Loved the lanai for peaceful coffee breaks, overlooking the golf course. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I thought I read that the primary bedroom had a king bed but it was a queen. Great location for golf at Palm-Aire, and close to University Park mall and tons of restaurants and shopping.

Palm Aire Condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and it's in a good location. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony in the mornings and early evenings, drinking our beverage of choice, enjoying a nice breeze and watching the golfers come through. We also enjoyed using the community pool which is located very close to the unit. We had one issue. The condo was advertised as having a king sized bed. However it was in fact a queen sized bed. This was a major disappointment to us. The listing has now been corrected. The kitchen appliances are basic and the unit could use more dishes, silverware etc. Communication with management was good. We had an issue with the TV which they corrected promptly.
