January stay

We have stayed in the Palm Aire area many times. This property exceeded our expectations. The condo has updated bathrooms and kitchen. The view of the water and golf course is great. The owners are very easy to contact and knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do. We would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful and nicely equipped condo

Condo was as advertised and more! Great kitchen, comfortable furniture, awesome office space, and a gorgeous peaceful lanai overlooking the golf course. Owner was helpful and gracious. Highly recommend!

Best view on Gulf Coast!

My husband and I were looking for a condo for a getaway from the northern cold. We were very comfortable being in Palm air as we have gone there for the past seven years. This condo in Palm Aire was an incredible find. We were so comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The kitchen is outfitted better than my kitchen at home. it’s so convenient to the major roadways, and yet it’s out of the way. We especially enjoyed the lanai where we barbecued, and spent some quiet afternoons reading, and just enjoying the views across the golf course. There was more than enough room for us to have company, if that is what we wanted, them furniture and beds were all very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had for them. You just can’t go wrong with this fabulous property.

Beautifully appointed, great location, excellent hosts!

I brought my elderly mother to Florida to get her away from supreme isolation in the Northeast this winter. Finding Hud and Kathy's home was a God send. This is a true home, does not feel like a rental property. Kathy and Hud were instantly responsive and helpful with everything. The sunsets each evening were sublime and the lanai is very comfortable and spacious. There are TV's in every room. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen- I was able to create elaborate meals and entertain family at the large dining table. I would highly recommend this home!

Condo had everything. Beautiful view of 14th tee box. Nicely decorated. Spacious 4 TVs. Lanai has Sunset views. A/C superior. Plenty of storage. New appliances end unit quiet very pleased

Soon to be empty- nesters. Parental connection to Sarasota since 1984. Once young professionals, almost ready to retire. Still have 2 in college though. so for the time being we are landlords. Want to share our home with others , at least until kids are through college.

Why they chose this property

Best location for what we want to do when we are in Sarasota Our 4 favorite beaches - Holmes Beach in Anna Maria, Coquina Beach on Longboat Key, Lido Beach on St Armands and world famous Siesta Key - all within a 1/2 hour drive. Take your pick depending on the weather and traffic conditions. Shopping, golf, restaurants, hiking, biking, swimming , touring, museums and other cultural activities all within minutes of our front door. Its really a dream come true for us and our family members.
