5 Day Stay In August

All staff were friendly and assistful. Room was clean and Housekeeping did a wonderful service each day. You could tell the items such as the fridge, microwave, etc had been used, but all were functional and we didn't have any problems with them. We did not use the pool but everyone we saw using it seemed to be having a good time. Laundry facilities worked well. Only downside is the traffic noise (especially motorcycles and trash trucks at 5 a.m.) if you are staying on the lower floors.

Room for improvements

Vintage style room with comfy bed. Mold in the shower and curtain smelled like urine. Fridge was large and didn’t use stove. Balcony over the busy street. There is a kitchen and someone fried chicken stinking up the place with lots of smoke in the hall. Laundry was great onsite. Close to market and shopping. Outside area smelled of sewage but staff was wonderful except for the grumpy old white guy. Free snack and drinks were wonderful!

Needs Updating!

Pros: Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Cons: Rooms are outdated and I mean really outdated. We requested a microwave and they put it on top of electric stove. As a firefighter, big no! We did not have air for 3 nights, 4 days. No fault of the employees, but they didn't seem to want to make adjustments for the issue. They actually posted a note suggesting that people enjoy the tropical breeze by opening the lanai doors. However, there are no screens. What were families with children suppose to do? Overall, we made the best of it, but we wouldn't go back.
