The AC went out!

The valet and cleaning staff were great. The AC went out early in our stay, with no updates of repair. We had to ask cleaning staff for a fan. The location was easy to access much of Waikiki. Front desk as a whole was less than stellar with their guest interactions. The management team needs to give some well needed training on the Aloha spirit for the front desk staff.
