Enjoy your meal with a view at the umbrella covered patio table with seating for six. Let the kids explore without worry, as this home provides a fully fenced yard. A playset equipped with a slide and swings will provide hours of fun for the little ones.
Continue the fun back inside in the garage converted game room! Play a friendly game of pool on the pool table or get competitive at foosball with family and friends. A ping pong table and  tik-tac toe board will provide hours of fun for the litle ones in your group. Hang out at the high top table and play a family board game or just relax and watch the big game on the mounted flatscreen tv. An electric fireplace provides heat to the entire game room so you can keep the fun going even in the winter months.

Back inside you’ll find an open concept kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests. Take advantage of the modern stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops. An electric kettle and standard coffee pot is also conveniently provided for you to use during your stay. Seating for two can be found at the breakfast bar while additional seating for eight is provided at the large dining room table. On the main level you’ll also find a full size washer and dryer that is available for you to use during your stay.

When you're ready to settle down from your adventure-filled day, two of the three bedrooms can be found on the main level. The first bedroom is the master bedroom and provides a plush king size bed. A rocking chair sits in the corner of the room for additional sitting space. An attached master bathroom gives this room added privacy. The second bedroom on the main level offers a queen size bed, mounted tv and closet space for storing your belongings. Head upstairs where a loft provides the third bedroom. Two queen beds, one twin bed and a mounted flatscreen are provided in this room.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations
