2 bed 2 bath adorable townhome that's light, airy, quiet & pet friendly! Fully renovated open living/dining/kitchen space and 2 private bedrooms with KING beds! There is also a peaceful, shaded backyard with large deck and grill for your enjoyment. The home is 2 miles away from UF and hospitals and walking distance to Archer road for all of your needs! Centrally located to 75! Approx. 30 minutes from Ginnie Springs and all its beauty! Close to archer road and lots of restaurants, shopping and amenities! The backyard is private and quiet also! The entire home, two parking spaces and a fenced in backyard I try to be extremely responsive and prompt to answer your questions as fast and as best as possible so you have ease of communication! Pet-friendly for an additional cleaning fee of $45!

Home away from home

Quaint property centrally located, close to the university, shopping malls, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options. Since you open the door a perfectly distributed home with enough privacy and comfort welcomes you. High end details, nice furniture, comfortable king beds, upscale linens, walking closets, well stocked kitchen and modern appliances, laundry room, and a nice backyard (which is being refreshed as we speak.) Kate, the property owner, is a pleasure to deal with, fast response and not only she has a really good taste but she keeps up the property. This is a must stay place when you visit Gainesville.

UF visit

My husband and I were visiting our son at UF for the weekend. Great space and nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed and stocked kitchen made for an enjoyable stay.

Very Nice

Clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Close to amenities but neighbor's dog barked continuously for several hours and upon return had extremely loud 'bass thumping' music...late in the evening. Good communication with owner and very helpful. Overall, good stay.
