Great house, lack of comfort

The condition of the house is great. Aesthetically, everything in the photos that are on the listing matches. The hot tub was filled with dirty water. There was a lot of toilet paper but no paper towels or dish soap available. The beds were not comfortable at all. The living room television did not turn on. One of the legs on the patio chair was completely rusted and deemed unusable. Caution was needed when utilizing the patio table. The living room sofa sunk in. There were personal pictures in the dining room. The house itself is great. It needs more attention to the small details that would capture a customer’s eye. One of the rooms was a partial game room which in my opinion should have been a full bedroom and the gameroom should’ve been in the garage. The property owner responded quickly but the answer provided was not helpful about the television. Yet, the owner was responsive. Our experience was great but there were little things that made it uncomfortable.

Nice neighbors but first row of Highway

Don't know where to begin, for us was the staying not pleasant at all. We came a day later the initial check-in, and no one checked on us if we are arriving at all, which usually is the case with other hosts. Poorly equipped with cutlery, knives are not sharp and a poor cheap choice, curtains solution is not acceptable for the price paid. The bed in the master bedroom is squicking and annoying with each move. The master bathroom needs some work done. What really annoyed me is the fact that the house is on the first row of the highway, which you do not notice on 1st floor but the second floor catches 55 dcB which is way too high. The master bedroom is affected too much, I could not sleep at all. The house has a few things they need to work on and make it better. They promote hot tub but you cannot use it, the maintenance of a hot tub is a complete failure; yellow-greenish water from God know when inside. Manager communication is not on the spot, hiding behind messages instead of calling and explaining the situation or even asking about the situation we were dealing with. We kinda flipped out on him when he said there will be no refund issued when we express we want out of there. We do not recommend staying here if you like quiet peaceful places.
