Total comfort with plenty of space
Keyless touchscreen self-check-in keypad, touchscreen/smart thermostat, exterior front porch, front driveway automatic lighting that turns on and off at dusk and dawn.
EV CHARGER WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY AT THE END OF STAY.
Master king bedroom tucked away down stairs. Up stairs bedrooms are both queen size beds and share a loft area with two twin sized beds. There is also a full sized bathroom upstairs.
Kitchen is stocked with antibacterial dish soap, cooking oil, salt, pepper, bakeware, dishes, cookware, chef's gas range, a large french-door refrigerator with ice maker, purified water, a microwave, plus a complimentary fully stocked Keurig coffee bar. Grilling area also available in the back yard. (Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen pantry) Also while you are back there relax with a warm cup of coffee, glass of wine, or enjoy peaceful brunch in the open or by the fire pit.
Our home is 10 minutes to FT. Bliss & Horizon, 3 minutes from The Hospitals of Providence east.
Law enforcement and first responders always appreciated.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check all drawers, the washer, dryer, couch, and under the beds for your belongings. Any items left behind will be donated to Goodwill within 24 hours, as I’m unable to ship lost items back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO DRUGS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WILL BE TOLERATED, STAY WILL BE TERMINATED AND WILL BE REPORTED TO LAW ENORCMENT TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACCTION
Trash should be set out on Monday night. Outside sink is for hand washing only. Clean off grill and fire pit when used.
Please if you are not home to attend pets and choose to leave them inside leave them in the kennel provided to reduce the chance of ascendants.
