Sterling Ridge View is a beautiful newly built two-bedroom home where comfort, convenience, and spectacular views reign.

Careful thought was taken in the design of this lovely home, and it is evident from the moment you enter. The ample entryway boasts a wall full of hooks, benches, and storage with space for plenty! It is flanked by a powder room on one side and a dedicated laundry room on the other. The vaulted ceilings with wood accent beams in the living room give the space an airy feel inside and the wall of picture windows frame the spectacular mountain views outside. The large and inviting sectional couch and TV are great for relaxing. A dining area shares the space and views, and the bright kitchen is adjacent—thoughtfully laid out, well-stocked, and beautiful finishing touches. A deck is off the back of the house and with a privacy fence and expansive vistas, it's a great spot to hang out. A twin bedroom with a private bath is located on one side of the house and the primary suite is privately situated on the opposite side. In both cases, the rooms and bathrooms offer loads of light, comfortable beds and cozy linens, clean lines, and rich finishes.

The convenient location allows for quick access to Stowe Village, the Mountain, and Morrisville—in all locations you'll find fantastic dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation options! You are also close to some favorite local hikes and sites including Moss Glen Falls, Brownsville-Story Ridge Forest, and Joes Pond. A great home for exploring all that our area has to offer!

No Wi-Fi, location right on main highway

This is a newly renovated property that is very clean, but the description is misleading as it is right on Route 100 with cars and trucks wizzing by 20 feet from the door outside at 50 mph or faster. Also, there is no working Wi-Fi and the property manager was not able to fix the issue while we were there. Lastly, we had to search for linens in order to make the beds in one of the rooms when we arrived as the bed was left completely stripped.

We apologize for the situations that impacted your visit. You noted no working Wi-Fi, and as we communicated when you reported it, the internet service provider was notified immediately; however, they were not able to remedy the issue until the day after you checked out. We did compensate you for the inconvenience and at the time, you seemed appreciative. As it pertains to the linens, we looked back and didn’t find any correspondence about that. Certainly, we are sorry if you found a bed unmade, as it is not representative of the level of service that we strive to provide at Stowe Country Homes.
