Find your home away from home in one of the best locations in Reno, with very close proximity to Midtown and Downtown. You will be a short walk away from coffee shops, restaurants, delis, bars, shops and more! Despite being so close to an urban area, our house remains very quiet and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy.

When you first walk in the front door you'll find our comfortable, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Relax into luxury with stained concrete and radiant flooring throughout. The living room includes a large, plush sectional couch with a mounted 55" Smart TV. We offer complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max for you to enjoy during your stay. The half-bath downstairs ensures convenience while lounging.

Our dining area is complete with all the silverware, dinnerware, and crockery you could need, with plenty of room to seat the whole family for dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with oil, spices, cookware, utensils, and of course complimentary coffee & tea. We have a large walk-in pantry, 5 burner stainless steel stove, dishwasher, and jumbo island.

Step outside into our peaceful back patio area, perfect for dinner on a summer night or your morning coffee. Our garage with parking for two cars can be accessed downstairs as well.

You'll also find two large bedrooms off of our downstairs hallway. The first includes two Twin beds, while the second offers a large Queen bed and private patio access.

Walk upstairs to find our game/family room, including Bar sized Pool Table, Foosbal Table, and futon. Our laundry room is complete with complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent. You'll also find our gym room that includes workout equipment and a Queen bed.

Our 4th bedroom offers a King bed with a full bathroom right next-door.

Last but not least, you'll enter your Master bedroom with ensuite bath. The Master includes a King bed, jumbo walk in closet, and a dedicated working desk space. The ensuite bath has a large dual vanity and huge STEAM SHOWER with dual shower heads. You may need to fight over who gets to shower first :)

Overall, our home is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of place to sleep for up to 14. It makes for a perfect family or group get together, with many Reno attractions close-by, but plenty of things to do in the house if you prefer to stay in for a night. However, this is not a party house. We are located in a quiet, shared neighborhood, and we want to respect our neighbors!

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire two floor house, backyard/patio, and garage. There are three reserved spaces for you to park out front or in the garage. The home is in an alley that sits back from the street, so it has a sense of privacy. It's a very short walking distance to Midtown Reno and only a short drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains have to offer.

The apartment will be yours to use privately, but our team is based in Reno so if there is anything at all that you need during your stay, we're just a phone call or a message away!

MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique district in Northern Nevada. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes.
From our home, you'll be about 10 minutes from University of Reno, less than 5 from downtown/midtown, and only about 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and Skiing. We're also a short 8 minute drive away from the airport.

The area is very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants.

- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
