Spring break review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious and so many accommodations. Just a few things were broken. Otherwise very nice condo we loved it and will definitely book again!

pros and cons to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay here and made great memories. Beds were great and loved the spacious balcony. However only the first person to shower would have warm water before it was out which was hard with there being 10 of us. We also never were able to get the wifi to work. The couch was large but pretty uncomfortable. However, we still had a great time so I wouldn’t say that it was a terrible experience. Just a few things that need to be improved:)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a great place to stay. The price was right. Plenty of room. There are quirks with all rental units and none serious to complain about. Maint team was fast and courteous. Things to improve on in my humble opinion are as follows : water heater needs upgraded to never ending hot water for a full unit of 10 people, couch. Things to rave about as follows: views, did I mention views, short walk to beach, balcony, hot tub, water pressure for shower, main bed mattress , main bedroom bathroom , glad I found this unit. See you next time.

Great location

Place was perfect for the time we went. Just make sure you go to security desk and get a cart you have to give them your ID. Park by baby pool garage and use those elevators . If you park on top floor on garage go up stairs and your right by elevator. That was the only thing we wish we knew at check in. . pineapple willys have amazing drinks to go. Dont waste your money at the sunshine grill. Only thing i suggest for owner is buy a cart for groceries. Wallmart is a walk away . Great great location and beds are very comfortable

Great stay

Great place! We really enjoyed it. Everything was as advertised. Only problem was long waits at the elevator. Make sure that you have a wagon because you're going to need it.
