Anchors Away is conveniently located next to the Edgewater Conference Center and the Tennis Courts with magnificent pond views. Anchors Away comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a king size bed in the Coastal Escape Main Suite, two queen beds in the Salty Shores Second Bedroom, and a queen sized bed in the Coco Loco Third Bedroom Suite, and two on the queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum Age to Book is 25. No Smoking or Vaping inside the villa. No Pets Allowed.

This stunning 2nd floor villa is just what your looking for. Your open floor plan great room looks out over one of Edgewater's fully stocked ponds and it's just a short tram ride or walk over to the beach. You'll enjoy relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa and coordinating chairs. There's a large TV with Roku HD Streaming with Lux Speed WiFi provided throughout the property so be sure to bring your devices!

Step out onto your covered balcony and enjoy morning coffee and croissants or watch turtles and fish in the fully stocked pond. You can access the balcony your great room and your main bedroom. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has wooden cabinetry, granite counter tops, appliances and light fixtures that will make cooking a pleasure. The view from the kitchen is great, too. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience. The dining table is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also for game night! Your whole group will enjoy playing board games or cards and just catching up around the table.

This villa boasts coastal casual décor no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Coastal Escape main suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens. You'll enjoy your own TV with Roku and direct access to the main balcony too. As you walk into the en-suite main bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things.. After a long day at the beach enjoy soaking in the over sized garden tub and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

The Salty Shores Second Bedroom offers two queen sized beds and provides plenty of room. Adjacent to the second bedroom is another full bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and is also accessible from the hall for anyone using the sleeper sofa. All this bathroom space makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze the family/group.

Your Coco Loco Third Bedroom features a queen size bed with plenty of closet space and a covered patio of its very own. This bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with single vanity and toilet.

All three bedrooms very spacious with tiled flooring throughout and have flat screen TVs with Roku Streaming. All have high thread count luxury linens and soft absorbent towels provided with your rental.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.
