We’ve been coming to the property for 6 years and like the convenience for our dance competition. Room prices have doubled in that time which is disappointing so now that our senior graduated we probably won’t come back. Another disappointment is usually the lack of or unusable (broken) balcony furniture. For the price we pay we should be able to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and for choosing to stay with us over the past six years. We're honored to have been a part of your dance competition trips and truly appreciate your continued loyalty throughout the years. Please note that rental prices are set by the individual property owners and may fluctuate over time based on market conditions, demand, and owner discretion. We also apologize for the disappointment regarding the balcony furniture. We do not have a record of this concern being reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have promptly contacted our local Property Manager to inspect and address any broken or unusable furniture. Nonetheless your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review and resolution. Thank you for your valuable feedback and We wish your graduate all the best in their future endeavors and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back someday. Your Southern Team
