WATERFRONT Dockside close to ICW

One of the best locations in POC. Waterfront with Incredible views. Just Recently UPDATED ... Nicely Furnished 3 Bedrooms with a Loft, 3 full Bathrooms, 2 half Bathrooms located on Pirate's Cove Canal. Enjoy the breeze and view on the upper decks or hang out "Dockside" and clean your catch of the day! Located near the Fishing Center and Boat Ramp. Outdoor shower, a place to hang your waders, half bath near dock with bait freezer, and a nice fish cleaning station! This Condo comes with a boat lift.

Please note...The boat lift is rated for boats weighing up to 3000 lbs. Boats heavier will not be able to be lifted out of the canal and any damage caused will be at the expense of the renter.

This Unit is Not Pet Friendly
Limited Parking - No Parallel Parking Allowed

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Great place to stay. Great location, short walk to marina and bait shop. House is right on the water for access to fishing. Bathroom downstairs was convenient when outside. Lots of comfy beds.

Great Accomodations!

Dockside has great accommodations for anyone that is there to fish or just enjoy Port O'Connor and surrounding areas. The boat dock and lift are great and a very short distance to the boat ramp. The deck off of the main living area is fantastic for any time of day! Would definitely book again.
