The entrance to Big Lagoon State Park is just down the street, with Johnson Beach National Seashore and Perdido Key Beach around two miles away. Perdido Pass Bridge is 10 miles away, and The Pass In Orange Beach is nine miles away. And, with amenities like restaurants, bars, and a Publix all within a mile of the home, it’s easy to slip into a vacation state of mind.

Ideal for two families or a group traveling together, with individual entrances and conjoined by an interior door, the home features a full kitchen, living space, and a dining area on each level. Enjoy mornings on your deck with coffee and a view of the canal, then head downstairs for a dip in your private, waterfront pool, or play yard games in the grassy backyard. Use either kitchen to whip up some breakfast, then dine together at either floor’s large table, or step into your enclosed Florida room and dine with the water as backdrop. The primary bedroom has a deck with separate stairs going down to the pool.

Spend the day exploring by water via the home’s private dock or immerse yourself in culture with a visit to historic downtown Pensacola, around 15 miles east. At the end of the day, relax with a little TV, use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, or engage in some friendly competition in the game room. More conveniences include a washer/dryer and central air conditioning. At the end of the night, five comfortable bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: The deep-water boat dock can accommodate three small/medium boats. Owner assumes no responsibility for damage to boats. Tenants are to supply all mooring lines and fenders. Two boat ramps are close by, one free and the other to pay



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
