We informed you before your arrival that we could not guarantee a late checkout and encouraged you to plan on 10 am. With such a large house on same-day turnarounds, starting as soon as possible is necessary. However, we understand there may have been some misunderstanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding your 2-hour unannounced early arrival, our team was still working on the property when you arrived unannounced. However, we scrambled and let you check in 2 hours early. We always encourage our guests to arrange their arrival time to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Your feedback is very important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
