Charming Guesthouse near Venice Beach!

Welcome to my lovely guesthouse located in a quiet, tree-lining residential street in Mar Vista, one of the best neighborhoods in West LA!

The house is centrally located in the best part of West LA - 5 mins away from Santa Monica business park, 10-15 mins drive to Santa Monica beach, Venice beach, Venice Canals, Beverly Hills, UCLA, Westfield shopping mall, AMC Cinemas, & many fun spots!

It's just a 2-min walking distance to Mar Vista Park (with amenities like a swimming pool, tennis court, baseball court, basketball courts, and soccer fields), and an 8-min walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and many restaurants.

This guest house is entirely remodeled November 2021. The space is definitely perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even business professionals!

The studio space upstairs has a premium queen mattress and a large wardrobe. It offers West Elm dining table and chairs, West Elm couch, a new 18000 BTU air conditioner, and a 55” Samsung smart 4k TV with Netflix access provided. It also has south facing windows with a view of our two mature maple trees!

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, coffee maker (filled with coffee pods and tea bags), kettle, portable electric stove, toaster, cookware (pots, pans), a multi-use cooker, baking sheets and silverware.

The newly remodeled bathroom located downstairs has a walk-in shower and the toilet is equipped with a Toto washlet!

Ultra high-speed WiFi and ample parking space on the street are all available.

*Please do not park in the driveway. There is ample parking space on the street.

*There is only an exterior security camera at the front of the driveway. No camera inside the house.

*No dishwashing machine on site.

* There is no washer and dryer provided but there are several paid laundromat options nearby.
