*This is an updated older home so the stairs are very steep. Please keep this in mind when booking in case you have a friend or loved one that has trouble with ambulating.*

Downtown Indy Hidden Gem

Duplex with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids. Good Bones renovation of a 100 year old home is so quaint. Appreciated some special touches like the Keurig and supply of coffee pods. We will be going back again!

Perfect for our youth trip

We had 14 young people stay in the duplex and split girls and boy with chaperones. Each side has its own kitchen and entrance! It was a great stay and the manager was so helpful with everything!

Great spot for a large group

My group of 12 had a great stay at this rental. It was the perfect amount of space and location for our visit and events at Lucas Oil. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Great place for a large group

This house was perfect for our large group. We were in town for my daughter’s college graduation. We had 9 adults and 4 kids fit with no problem. The best part is that the house is two separate units, so we had two kitchens, two living rooms, etc; basically enough room for our party of 13 to not feel cramped at all. Highly recommend!
