About this property

It's a brand new, fully furnished, end unit smart townhome with two-car garage / driveway parking, patio, a tree lined view, and trails to stroll to a stocked pond. Located off MD 32, five miles north of I-70 and two miles south of MD 26 (Liberty Rd).

There are three bedrooms upstairs along with a full hall bathroom and an en suite. Full use of the washer and dryer in upstairs hallway so stay as long as you need to recharge yourself! Basement has fourth bedroom and full bath along with two car garage access.

Main level has kitchen with double ovens, 16-foot quartz counter top (no hot pots!).with stools, separate pantry, dining room table with six seats. Living room with sofa, love seat and easy chair and a Smart TV. Powder Room and deck access with tree lined view on this level.

Great!

This townhome is gorgeous! It was extremely convenient for our family- we had my 2 kids (age 1 and 5), my husband and I, and my mom staying while we visited family. Lots of room, space for all of us not to be on top of each other, and in amazing condition. Nice location near stores, restaurants, etc. Also near highways.
