We followed up with the owner, who wanted to provide some clarification regarding pool access:- The home ordinarily has pool access; however, passes are issued annually by the HOA and must be requested in advance with specific guest names.- For security reasons, the HOA controls and monitors pass distribution, which unfortunately limited access during your stay.We appreciate your understanding and will work to ensure clearer communication about pool access for future guests.
