This listing combines two adjacent three-bedroom villas, located just down the hall from each other, offering a perfect solution for large groups or families. Each villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), with a maximum occupancy of 8 per villa. Together, the two villas can accommodate up to 16 people—ideal for those who want to stay close to one another while enjoying their own space. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- About the Two Villas -
These two adjacent villas are located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower, each offering stunning views of the lagoon pool and lagoons. Each villa is independent and features:
- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 8 per villa.
- Master Bedrooms: King-sized bed, attached lanai, and private 5-piece bath.
- Second Ensuite Bedrooms: Choice of 2 twin beds or 1 king bed with an attached bath.
- Third Bedrooms: Queen-sized bed with a ¾ bath just off the hall.
Additionally, BT 307 has a queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. This combination of two villas is perfect for groups of up to 16 people (infants and toddlers under 2 are excluded from the headcount). If you're looking for 6 bedrooms and 6 baths with a bit of separation between the two villas, you'll love the proximity—just 100 feet apart.
Both villas are directly overlooking the lagoon pool, with views toward the lagoons and ocean. The villas include modern amenities, including large flat-screen TVs in the living rooms and all six bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable.
Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Resort Amenities -
Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking (may require a one-time $25 fee per vehicle)
We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.
