A great solution for groups and families of up to 16 people who want to be close to each other. A little about the Ko Olina Resort and Marina
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons, Honu Lagoon. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of the Ko Olina Golf Course and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer hotel style accommodations. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from. While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection of beach villas are hard to beat. These include curbside greeting with luggage assistance, personal escort to your villa, orientation of your villa, with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest provided in the villa and available for your use during your stay. As an added service and to get quick start to your vacation, we will receive and place an instacart grocery delivery into your villa on your day of arrival between 2 and 4 pm to get your vacation off to a fast start (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
About the 2 Villas
These 2 adjacent villas are located 2 doors down from each other, on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower, with each villa facing the lagoon pool. Each villa is independent of each other, and each villa has its own poolside lanai with furniture and wide-open views. Each villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths with a maximum occupancy of 8. There is a king bed in each master with an attached lanai and a private 5-piece bath. There is also a 2nd ensuite bedroom and bath with your choice of 2 twins or 1 king bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a ¾ bath right off the hall. BT 307 also has a queen-sized sofa bed. This combination of villa is great for groups of up to 16. (infants & toddlers under 2 at time of arrival are excluded from the count of 16). If you're looking for up to 6 bedrooms & 6 baths with separation between the two, but 100 feet from each other, you'll love these two villas! These are both located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower directly overlooking the lagoon pool with views over the pool toward the lagoons and ocean beyond. It’s a great solution for folks that want to be close to each other. Quoted prices include the combined booking and exit cleaning fees for the two villas. There are large TVs in the living rooms and in each of the six bedrooms with cable and highspeed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival. You'll be greeted by us personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. Reservations can be booked with a 25% deposit and final payment 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are able to be cancelled with a FULL refund up to 60 days prior to arrival.
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this property will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, your reservation will entitle you to access to all our property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and the Beach Bar with snacks, drinks and the tropical cocktails you expect:). The fitness center has great work out machines, bikes and free weights with separate men and women showers and lockers with towels provided. Each of the dressing areas have a steam room and a sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors. During your stay (remembering that we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Ko Olina Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1.
The four lagoons with their man-made outer reefs are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for groups with younger children. On that topic, it should be noted that neither the pools at the Beach Villas or the 4 lagoons in the Ko Olina Resort and Marina have lifeguards. All activities you choose are at your own risk. A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 public lagoons and the marina. It is a wide, well paved walkway with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the lagoons with a great backdrop for those Christmas photos. Fine dining and restaurants are available throughout resort locations and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants. Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.

DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches.
