[Important]
House Rules guests MUST comply :
-This is a multi family home. Respect the other families and their sleep
-No smoking inside or around the premises. (Guest and visitors MUST comply)
-No parties or reunions, no glitter or anything that will make our space dirty.
- No loud sounds, music,TV
- No EV Charging. Do not extend a power cord from inside the house.
- Quiet hours: 9PM to 7AM
Sound Insulation:
This is a basement studio. You will hear steps from the 1st floor because New England house structures are old and sound travels easily. We have added thick sound insulation in all walls and ceiling to reduce that as much as possible, as a result, 95% of guests are not bothered by the sound. However, you will still hear steps. This is not a bunker.
