Quiet residential neighborhood with lots of privacy, quiet streets to walk or run, and 5 minutes to town with easy access to many restaurants and nightlife. Train station on commuter line to NYC only 5-7 minutes. Compo Beach 10 minutes. New YMCA (Exercise equipment, pool, pickle ball w/ equipment provided, sauna, steam room) with guest day passes available for use only 3-5 mins away. Property available for monthly, or 6 month or longer rental at substantially reduced rates. Please inquire even though dates are not made available on VRBO.

I grew up starting at age 1 at this home and property, and my 89 year old father still lives there during spring - fall in the primary house on the property. This detached cottage is private and separate from the primary residence at the property. From December - March the entire property is reserved for cottage guests.

This property also uniquely has access to Compo Beach during the summer, and all that Westport has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Easy access to I-95 and the Merit Parkway within 5 minutes in either direction. The Merit Parkway is slightly closer than the Thruway to the property.
