Absolutely stunning one-of-a-kind Treehouse, locally known as The Stilt House. This is a fantastic example of mid-century modern architecture. Architect Ralph Morgan built it as his residence in 1965. All redwood construction, tons of glass with 360-degree views of Dry Creek, gorgeous kitchen with updated appliances and countertops. Open floor plan recently remodeled spa-inspired master’s bathroom. the home has excellent privacy and is a nature lover's dream. You don't want to miss staying here

Stunning Mid Century Gem

My girlfriends and I went for our 30th high school reunion and enjoyed this house. Lots of windows, beautiful view, and we didn’t feel like we were in Modesto in this house. Great view of the water. Very nice, safe neighborhood.

Unusual stay

This was an unusual property. It was billed as a tree house but it wasn’t a tree house. Everything looked good but there were a lot of oddities, for instance the shower fixtures were plumbed backwards so you got scalded when you turned it to cold. The foundation is sinking on one side so doors don’t open or close correctly. The couches looked good but we’re very uncomfortable. It was very warm but the air conditioning was locked off. We still had a good time and I liked having the river flowing right by but I doubt I would stay there again or recommend it to others.
