Family Friendly Tiny House w/pond

Looking to relax and reconnect with nature? Welcome to our quiet secluded country escape in a wooded setting with relaxing views of local wildlife, ponds and covered bridge, and just minutes away from walking and biking trails.
• Newly constructed tiny house with outdoor seating areas and fire pit, barbeque, fully stocked kitchenette and Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has full size mattress and 2nd bedroom consists of 2 bunkbeds measuring approx. 30x70.
Tiny house uses treated well water.
• Pond w/beach access, waterslide & fishing
• Kids beach and water toys, kayak & paddle boat available
• Cleaning Supplies available
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant
• Bedding and Towels provided and laundered in laundry sanitizer
• Secure electronic access.

We live on the property, and we'll give you a friendly wave if we happen to see you. We're here to help if you need anything.

Cutest most serene little place

We were literally there for less than 24 hours just a place to rest our heads.I really wish that wouldn’t have been the case because this was such a beautiful location. The tiny house was immaculate, and the owners went far above to accommodate usI would give this a 10 stars!

Nice cottage

The property was beautiful, we had rain but still enjoyed ,they had ponds to fish,nice place with fire pit, just a little place to get away from home to relax. Gps sent is wrong place but nice neighbors helped us out. Owner was nice also. Very nice place would go again

Family Weekend Away

Cozy little house with lots to offer the family. We enjoyed evening bonfires making smores. The pond had more than one could ask for... Our boys loved swimming, the slide, and learning to kayak.

Beautiful

The hosts were very kind and communicative. They thought of everything, the tiny house is laid out and stocked well, they even offer a “kids beach” that is the depth of a baby pool in the water. I took my puppy w me and we had a blast swimming and using the kayaks!

Well equipped & comfortable

My son and I take a last-trip-before-school-starts every year, and we chose this property for our getaway. The tiny home had everything we needed and the space was utilized very well. We had fun tossing our frisbee in the large open field, swimming, playing on the small beach, and using both the paddle boats and kayaks. The surrounding area is safe, inviting, and full of small town charm. We loved our time here and would stay again.

A tiny home away from home!

Love this place! The scenery was beautiful and eye catching. I loved driving into this estate. It’s so serene. Truly a hidden gem. First time in a tiny home and I had a blast. Has everything you need and more. David was very nice and accommodating. Great communication with me the entire time. Went especially out of his way to help my with an internet issue. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

This place was straight up magical. Dave was super easy to communicate with. The property was absolutely fantastic and beautifully maintained. We cooked over the fire pit, we played all day in the pond, we went fishing, and we had it all to ourselves. Excellent excellent stay, would definitely recommend and would also stay there again.

We had a very nice time. We stayed over the 4th of July (visiting family) and were surprised to have fireworks just east of the property. Dave and Andrea are awesome hosts. It was very peaceful too.
