Zeer royale villa tussen Bergen en Schoorl. Gelegen nabij de bosrand en 5 km van het strand en de Noordzee. Voorzien van alle luxe. Twee ruime badkamers en extra douche bij de sauna. Op een kavel van 1200 m2. Zeer ruime woonkamer en prachtige eetkeuken voorzien van luxe apparatuur.
De woonkamer is voorzien van gezellige open haard.
De luxe Villa heeft meerdere terrassen ook overdekt. Tot in de late uurtjes kun je genieten. Er is een schuur en een veranda.
De villa heeft veel lichtinval door de vele raampartijen en twee serres. Ook is de gehele woning sfeervol ingericht en de keuken is royaal voorzien van een designer keukeneiland. Er is ook een separaat gastenverblijf.
Sauna met separate douche is gevestigd in de luxe kelder.
Eigen parkeerterrein voor 4-5 auto’s. Het terrein is volledig omheind en af te sluiten.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wirklich schön – sehr ruhig, viel Grün und ein abgeschlossener, uneinsehbarer Garten, der ideal zum Entspannen ist. Auch der Platz im Haus ist großzügig, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Check-In war super unkompliziert.Leider war unser Gesamteindruck vom Haus eher enttäuschend. Es war bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber, und in manchen Räumen lag ein unangenehmer Fischgeruch in der Luft. Die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt lieblos – es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Nachttische, Nachtischlampen oder auch eine einfache Salatschüssel. Auch das Geschirr war nur sehr spärlich vorhanden, was das Kochen und Essen unnötig erschwert hat.Fazit: Die Umgebung ist toll und das Grundstück hat viel Potenzial, aber das Haus selbst bräuchte mehr Pflege, Sauberkeit und eine liebevollere Ausstattung, um sich wirklich wohlfühlen zu können.
