Luxe vrijstaande villa vlakbij zee voor tijdelijke verhuur

Zeer royale villa tussen Bergen en Schoorl. Gelegen nabij de bosrand en 5 km van het strand en de Noordzee. Voorzien van alle luxe. Twee ruime badkamers en extra douche bij de sauna. Op een kavel van 1200 m2. Zeer ruime woonkamer en prachtige eetkeuken voorzien van luxe apparatuur.
De woonkamer is voorzien van gezellige open haard.
De luxe Villa heeft meerdere terrassen ook overdekt. Tot in de late uurtjes kun je genieten. Er is een schuur en een veranda.
De villa heeft veel lichtinval door de vele raampartijen en twee serres. Ook is de gehele woning sfeervol ingericht en de keuken is royaal voorzien van een designer keukeneiland. Er is ook een separaat gastenverblijf.
Sauna met separate douche is gevestigd in de luxe kelder.
Eigen parkeerterrein voor 4-5 auto’s. Het terrein is volledig omheind en af te sluiten.

sehr saubere Unterkunft, großzügig geschnitten mit sehr ruhigem Garten. Wir waren mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig, aber leider in die Jahre gekommen.Für ein Haus, dass für bis zu 12 Personen ausgerichtet ist, fehlt es in der sehr großen Küche an sehr vielen Dingen, die einen Aufenthalt mit so vielen Leuten angenehm machen würde.Es gibt keine großen Schüsseln, Geschirr ist das Billigste was man im Supermarkt bekommt und einfach nicht genug , keine tiefen Teller,das Besteck ist total zusammen gewürfelt ……der Vermieter könnte mit wenig Aufwand und Geld dieses Haus freundlicher,zweckmäßiger und behaglicher gestalten, so dass man sich während des Aufenthaltes auch wohlfühlen kann und nicht nur eine große Unterkunft für mehrere Personen hat.Viel Mobiliar, was bestimmt einmal hochwertig und teuer war ist über die Jahre einfach nicht gepflegt worden.Manch Leser mag jetzt denken, dass die Schreiberin nur herumkrittelt, dass stimmt aber nicht.Wir fahren seit über dreißig Jahren in die Niederlande und haben da natürlich sehr viele unterschiedliche Unterkünfte gemietet.An einen ähnlichen Zustand in anderen Unterkünfte erinnere ich mich nicht.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Man kann selbst bei Regen draußen unter einer Überdachung direkt vor der Küche sitzen. Das Grundstück ist schön eingewachsen und ruhig.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Schoorl. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat sehr viel Potential. Mit etwas Liebe ließe sich einiges daraus machen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schnell und relativ unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung im Haus war eher spärlich und einfach gehalten. Einige Dinge fehlen (Besen, Licht, Kücheninventar), andere waren etwas älter (Matratzen). Deshalb auch ein durchschnittliches Prei-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist toll, Parkplätze vorhanden, das Außengelände sehr goßzügig, konnte aber wegen schlechtem Wetter leider nicht genutzt werden. Ein Mißverständnis: Wir sollten 10,- pro Person für Handtücher bezahlen (optional). Auf der FEWO Seite waren sie aber inklusive. Das Geld wurde sofort zurücküberwiesen. Bitte vorab klären und oder auf der Seite ändern.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wirklich schön – sehr ruhig, viel Grün und ein abgeschlossener, uneinsehbarer Garten, der ideal zum Entspannen ist. Auch der Platz im Haus ist großzügig, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Check-In war super unkompliziert.Leider war unser Gesamteindruck vom Haus eher enttäuschend. Es war bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber, und in manchen Räumen lag ein unangenehmer Fischgeruch in der Luft. Die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt lieblos – es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Nachttische, Nachtischlampen oder auch eine einfache Salatschüssel. Auch das Geschirr war nur sehr spärlich vorhanden, was das Kochen und Essen unnötig erschwert hat.Fazit: Die Umgebung ist toll und das Grundstück hat viel Potenzial, aber das Haus selbst bräuchte mehr Pflege, Sauberkeit und eine liebevollere Ausstattung, um sich wirklich wohlfühlen zu können.
