For our group of 8, it was adequate. The heated feature was a game-changer, allowing us to enjoy it every single night despite the fall chill. We also enjoyed the hot tub, switching between the pool and the hot tub.• Spotlessly Clean: The property was very clean and well-maintained when we arrived.• Fully Stocked: It had all the amenities we needed, from kitchen appliances to plenty of towels. It truly felt like a "home away from home."• Comfortable for 8: The sleeping arrangements and common living spaces comfortably accommodated our entire party.

Beautiful scenery!

This is a beautiful home on a quiet street with lots of windows and amazing views. Our party of 11, ages 16-70, had plenty of room. The layout was great to allow the young adults a separate space to watch TV and hang out. The location is convenient to all of the Branson attractions. Highly recommend this home for larger groups looking for a quiet location close to activities in Branson.

Weekend getaway

We had an awesome time, the only bad part was it was too short of a stay. We will definitely be back in the future. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a plus. Beautiful view of the lake! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Incredible space for family gatherings

We had 6 adults (plus 2 more that slept elsewhere) and 3 toddlers under 4yo. The house is laid out incredibly well for large groups with plenty of space for all ages to enjoy. We especially appreciated that there was enough seating, dinnerware, and towels for the amount of people that this place sleeps AND there were kid plates, cups, etc. The only thing missing was a baby gate for the stairs. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

My family and I had an amazing experience. The house was perfect for 20 people. The host did a great job of communicating with me and was always so helpful when I had questions. Everything was stocked and ready to go when we arrived. I highly recommend this beautiful home! We will definitely be booking again!

We planned a last minute vacation to Branson for New Years. The house was perfect.

The house was easy to find The host was amazing and very easy to communicate with. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well cared for and modern. We had more than enough room for all 10 of us. We had a great time hanging out at the house either in the hot tub or around the island im the kitchen. And the price was reasonable. We plan on returning to visit again.

House was overall great. Cleanliness of the property was the biggest issue. Floors were very dirty and there was a lot of dust/bugs on the main level. Pool was also only half filled and we didn’t see a way to fill the pool up. Upper deck had a great sunset view!

We had 11 of us, 3 kids 5 to 9 and 8 adults. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived. Would rate this place a 4 overall.

This property was great! Communication was easy and quick! Only thing I would add would be there are many levels so if you have anyone who has difficulty doing stairs it can be tricky…. But there is a bedroom and bathrooms on the entry level

Ideal family reunion house

We had 11 stay here, and really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen, LR, DR. The facilities are new, and we really enjoyed the hot tub out back. Great place!

Peaceful Family Retreat Minutes from the Bustle of Branson

This was a great property for our party of 8, ages 14-50. The main floor master suite was roomy and comfortably outfitted. The main floor kitchen/living/dining/sunroom area were well-lit by all the windows that looked out over the lake. The kitchen was outfitted with all the utensils and cooking appliances for a leisurely homemade meal (you don’t always want to eat out!), including thoughtful extras like coffee and tea pods, fresh ground coffee for the drip maker, loads of extra spices, even the little extras you forget, like plastic food bags, napkins, foil, dish soap, etc. The lower second-story floor featured four good-sized bedrooms, sharing two large bathrooms between them, on either side of a cozy living area and with access to another balcony. It was just minutes from Branson and Silver Dollar City, but on a very quiet street where other homes are still being added. Check-in instructions, as well as check-out instructions, are brief and easy to follow. The one time I needed to get in touch with the host, she replied promptly. Of note (and this is just a personal preference), the beds were on the softer side. We prefer firmer, but plenty of people love sinking into bed! It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

This property is a perfect place to have family and friends reunion. It is in the middle of nature away from the crowded houses and lodges. The place is private, quiet, and perfect for reunion. There is ample parking space including parking for boats.
This neighborhood has stunning view of sunset and mountains. You will not have noise or crowd and therefore you will have a perfect family vacation. The property has a private plunge pool that is ONLY for the guests.

What makes this property unique

I have three properties next to each other. If there is a large group (up to 60), I can handle all the guests. Each house has a private plunge pool. No other house in this area has a private plunge pool. You will have ample time to decide where you want to spend time- at the deck, indoor, pool, or hot tub. There is an EV charger in all properties
