Welcome to Solara at Casa Ramé in Pineapple Hill, Rincón, Puerto Rico. Solara is a comfort, well-kept apartment—ideal for surfers, remote workers, couples, friends, & families looking to reset.

Enjoy scenic hillside views with a peek of the ocean, A/C in both bedrooms, fiber WiFi (600 Mbps), a King + Queen bed, and 1.5 baths & shared laundry. Calm setting, short drive to town and beaches (5-10 min). Steps Beach is reachable via a scenic ~30-min hike (hard). Guests have 1–2 residential street parking spaces.

Access & Privacy
Self check-in via lockbox. You will have full access to your apartment and the shared laundry room. The downstairs patio area is currently restricted.

Security cameras are located only in common and exterior areas of Casa Ramé PR to ensure the protection of all guests and our property. They overlook the street, outdoor staircase, back fence, side patios, and the shared laundry room. None monitor the balconies or the interior of any apartment.

Important Notes Before Booking:

• Hot Showers
Showers are equipped with on-demand heaters for your comfort. Bathroom and kitchen sinks run on cool water, a common feature in Puerto Rico. Please note that hot water is unavailable during power outages.

• Electricity
Casa Ramé does not have a generator. While outages are occasional and typically brief, they offer a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy the natural rhythm of island life.

• Septic System
Our home uses a sensitive septic system. We kindly ask that only human waste be flushed. A bin is provided for all other items, as is customary in many island homes.

• Shared Balcony
The balcony serves as a shared walkway to the laundry area and staff room. You may occasionally see others passing through, though your apartment remains fully private.

• Laundry Access
A shared washer and dryer are available on-site during designated hours. Guests are welcome to bring their preferred detergent.

• Extended Stays
Longer stays may be available upon request.

Wonderful experience!

This was our second stay at Casa Rame.. This apartment is a hidden gem. Everything was perfect….great location, pristine, roomy well appointed space. The host promptly replied to any question we had. We will be back!

Hi! I am Carmen, your vacation rental host. I am a physician associate from Rincón, PR who loves to share her passion for hospitality. My partner Dan and I live downstairs in a part-time basis (in a completely separate apartment) with our awesome dog, Canela. Occasionally you may see us working in the patio or letting the dog out to play. Canela has no access to your apartment. Please reach out if you have any questions or specific needs. We are here to make your stay an unforgettable one. Happy to connect and advice you of the best spots and things to do around the area.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one, with neighbors across the street—so you may see or hear normal neighborhood activity at times, especially when relaxing on the balcony. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breathtaking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous Road 413 (aka the Road to Happiness).

We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.

What makes this property unique

My partner and I live on the property part-time. There is a staff room upstairs along the shared balcony, and staff may occasionally pass through or use the shared laundry room.

Your apartment remains fully private at all times, and we’re always available by message if you need anything or would like local recommendations.
