In an effort to maintain competitive pricing for the entire community to enjoy, we have implemented an inventory system to track certain items (such as towels, linens, consumables, etc.). Additional charges (with markup) will be made for any such items that are removed during a stay. Thanks for the understanding.

The new swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, outdoor play area, and outdoor fireplace are being installed Q4 2023 to Q2 2024. This completion timeline is expected if labor, materials, and weather remain constant.

I never got a chance to stay at this location due to it flooding with plumbing issues when I arrived at Texas. The landlord was last minute able to find me a place luckily. I didn't give low score based on the home I was placed in, but it wasn't the idea home I was expecting prior to my trip. I'm grateful Mellissa that you were able to find us a place on short notice and you did everything you could to make us comfortable, but I can't rate that location because we didn't stay there.
