Come and enjoy the quiet coastal-inspired neighborhood of Callaway Corners! Panama City Beach and Mexico Beach are only 20 miles away! There is a fort, swing set and basketball hoop only 2 lots down so your littles can get their wiggles out. Tyndall and Sacred Heart Hospital are only 10 minutes away! This home is basically brand new. It was built in 2021 and decorated by a professional interior decorator. She mixed vintage pieces with new custom-made items to give it an eclectic vibe. Enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets from the private upstairs balcony off the main bedroom!

We come to the area every year to volunteer. The house was perfectly located, clean, and had a good stocked kitchen for preparing meals.I will certainly consider staying there again next year.

Host was very responsive. Very clean. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Easy access via August app( make sure to request access for all guests). Beds were very comfortable. Loved the master suite. Weather was cold and it was hard to warm up the main floor. The living room was spacious but furniture was not very comfortable. We ended up in our bedrooms to relax instead. Overall, we would book again. Perfect for a family.

Christmas vacation

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay here. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. The house was in perfect order. The use of the garage was exactly what we needed with hiding Christmas presents from nosey kids. We are already looking at planning our next visit.

If you are look for an easy vacation, you have found the spot! Everything you could need is provided with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world only a few miles away. The home is basically brand new, built in 2021 with modern finishes like vinyl flooring and quartz countertops. Enjoy an amazing Florida sunset from your private balcony off the main bedroom. There is a fort with swings and a basketball hoop just 2 lots down! It's a great place for the kids to play. Smart locks make it easy to enter the property as soon as you arrive with just your smart phone.
