This lake house comes complete with amazing views of the Jamesville Reservoir located in Jamesville, NY. The back deck faces the water allowing you to take it all in, the sunsets are the best!

The property has water access with a dock.

The house has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a futon and sofa-bed.

This property is a SHARED PROPERTY that has two buildings on it. This rental is for the main house which is located behind the garage, closest to the lake. If you are interested in renting the guest studio as well as the main house, for an additional guest or two, that is an option pending the calendar so please let us know!
