More than 6 people will be charged $35 per night per person and no more than 8 people are allowed to be at the house neither in day or night time. If you planning to bring more than 8 people to visit you, you need to book another house.

Pets are welcome, but it will be an extra Fee per Day. No more than 3 pets are allowed in the House.

This is a quiet neighborhood. One of the best places to live in Las Vegas. Neighbors expect you to be respectful as you probably are and they expect no parties on the property.
This property is 10 minutes from the Airport and close to Las Vegas Strip as well.
There are cameras outside all around the property to protect the house from any problem during your stay and during the vacancy. There is no camera inside the property. All the cameras are outside in public areas.
The rule for Host cancels a reservation:
If the host asks the guests any question and the guests take more than 24h to respond, the host may decide to cancel the reservation for lack of communication
Pool and Jacuzzi fees
This property has a Jacuzzi and a pool that can be heated but it has an additional fee of $50 per day and $100 per day if you only want to heat the pool.
You also have these 2 options:
1.- You can have the jacuzzi full services:
heat the jacuzzi and have the air blower (jacuzzi bubbles) for $65 per day
2.- You can use just the air blower (jacuzzi bubbles), not the heat, for just $45 per day.
In any case, you have to let us know the time frame for us to schedule ahead of time and get it ready for you.
If you decide to use this extra service, we would like to know 24 hours in advance because the Jacuzzi takes time to heat up depending on the weather.
I will be sending you an email with the extra Fee for the jacuzzi heater depending on your preferences and you will need to accept the alteration request in order for us to proceed.
This is why we always ask at the front of our guests what would be their preference in case they would like the pool or the jacuzzi to be heated.
In that case, we would like to know 24h in advance because take several hours for the pool or the jacuzzi to be heated depending on the weather.
