The Water House property is a premier lodging destination that is within walking distance of some of Breckenridge's most visited shopping and dining options. Historic Main Street is steps away as is the QuickSilver Super 6 chair lift
( a quick 5 minute walk around Maggie Pond to get to the lift).

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures and equipment) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need to collect a traditional security deposit ($3000 security deposit if you waive the damage insurance). You do have the option to pay the $3000 security deposit in lieu of insurance--VRBO refunds the deposit within 14 days of check-out, minus any damage deductions.

Great condo
Great condo easy walk to chairlift and town. Lora provided clear useful information up front and was flexible in letting us check out later. We would definitely stay here again.

We read the reviews and booked based on location, higher end furnishings and comments about (good) cleanliness . It did not disappoint. We appreciated the ski valet, proximity to shopping and comfortable furnishing, beds and overall nicer kitchen/baths. We also used hot tub and nice touch having robes. If u find missing puzzle piece let us know 😀

Perfect place to stay!
This property was all that was described to be. Walkable to restaurants, grocery and slopes. Near ski school too! I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Property
Great property in Breck for skiing. Close to lifts and town. Owner, Lora, was outstanding in communicating and offering help on all matters. The property has excellent amenities and is well "stocked" with high end kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. We will definitely book this property again on our next trip to Breck, and highly recommend it.

We are Brian, Lora, Taylor and Brinley--family of four who often visited Breckenridge and decided to buy in Breck because we love it so much! We are a mountain loving family looking to share our love of downtown Breck with others! We stayed at Main St Station many times when we visited Breck over the years and it NEVER disappointed ! The opportunity came about to buy a little slice of heaven to share with others.......

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When we stayed as guests, we LOVED walking to local restaurants, shopping and all of downtown Breck. Not to mention the 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift--close to the condo door. We found this property to be one of the most modern, comfortable and updated properties in town. (and we tested out many others....nothing compared to this property!) We also found the shared amenities to be something for everyone of all ages. From the multiple hot tubs to pool to FREE ski valet to fitness center to location--can't be beat!

We bought this condo January 3, 2023. We have updated most rooms to set this unit apart from many others!!
