A 5-minute walk gets you to the slopes or Main Street Breckenridge shops. Numerous amenities with easy access, including multiple hot tubs, heated outdoor pool, gym, movie theater, ski rental and free ski valet/storage, underground heated parking available and more.

This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 and is within steps to town and all things Breckenridge! Two king sized beds --sleeps 4. For the 2 extra guests, an inflatable "E-Z Bed" full sized/full height bed can be placed in the living room.

The Water House property is a premier lodging destination that is within walking distance of some of Breckenridge's most visited shopping and dining and skiing options. Historic Main Street is steps away as is the QuickSilver Super 6 chair lift
( a quick 5 minute walk around Maggie Pond to get to the lift).

Amazing all around!

Our family of 5 just stayed for a long weekend and loved this property. Great location (read: walkable) to both town and the lifts. The property was very clean and updated and Lora reponded promptly to all inquiries. We will absolutely stay her again in the future and would encourage anyone else to as well!

Fantastic location and accommodations! Easy walk to the peak nine lift and to all the shops and restaurants on Main st. The property owners were amazing communicators! Overall a fantastic stay in Breck!!

Lovely condo and great location!

The condo met all of our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, cozy and comfortable for the 6 of us. The host was super responsive. Location was awesome and a quick walk to the lifts. All in all, no complaints and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Breckenridge.

Great place!

Loved how clean it was, the space it provided and the communication with the owner. It was me, my wife and two daughters and we fit comfortably. The couch was huge so we could all sit and watch a movie together.

This was a wonderful spot - clean, well-appointed, and the host was so gracious. The kitchen had what we needed to do some actual cooking. Check-in was breeze. When we accidentally left an item behind, Lora was responsive even then and helped to arrange for us up pick it up. The views are lovely, and this may sound like a small thing, but so many owners don’t put comfortable furniture in the living room for a family. Lora did! The big sectional was perfect for all four of us to comfortably watch movies in the evening. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Our condo was located close to all the shops and attractions. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was well stocked and beautiful inside. You could see a glimpse of the mountains from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was quick and easy and Lora’s access instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and we only used our car a few times. I would definitely stay here again.

Breckenridge get away

My husband, son, and I made a quick getaway to Breckenridge so we could have a day of fly fishing. We spent two nights in the condo and were incredibly comfortable! It had a spacious layout, really comfy beds, and nice big bathrooms. And our host was so helpful with a fly fishing guide recommendation, restaurants, you name it, she was there with a suggestion. We had a fantastic weekend!

Very nice condo, excellent location right at the edge of town off Main Street. Could see the ski slopes from sitting on the couch! Property owner was great! Had one little utility hiccup (gas fireplace quit working), owner did her best to get it resolved before we left. Place was great, owner was great, we would definitely stay there again! utilihiccup

Location Location Location

What an amazing place. This is a condo that I could live in full time. Set up perfectly for two adult couples and very convenient to everything Breck has to offer. The hot tub was very close and was great after a day on the slopes. Lora was outstanding to deal with, I could not ask for a better host. I would give 6 stars if that was an option. We will definitely leverage this unit again in the future.

Wonderful!

We were thrilled with the condo. The cleanliness, decor and view from deck was outstanding. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool close by, as well as shops within the complex. Right on the edge of town so easy walk everywhere. The only negative at all was Main Street traffic could be loud at times, especially since we needed windows open for coolness. It didn’t bother us too much, but you should just be aware. Overall wonderful.

Summer Holiday in Breckenridge!

Great Condo in a perfect location! Clean, comfortable and kid friendly! The unit was as described with everything our family needed for the holiday weekend. Beds were comfortable with extra bedding available if needed. Check-in was easy and underground parking was an added bonus near the elevator for ease of transporting luggage. Communication with the property owner was great. Unit has many great amenities that we enjoyed such as the pool and hot tub. Lots of great shopping, restaurants, and activities (hiking-Sawmill Creek Trail) within walking distance. Great Condo, will definitely visit again!

Wonderful Experience

We could not ask for a better experience with both the condo and host. The condo itself exceeded expectations and was literally steps from the lifts. First, the condo was very nice and clean. You could tell the hosts took time to make sure the interior decor was appealing and there was plenty of space for a family. The property's amenities were .plentiful and the check-in process was seamless. What made this experience top notch was the host's communication. The host took extra time to make recommendations, as well as, checked in with us time to time making sure everything was going well. We will be back for sure!

Top Notch Breck Condo

We've stayed at a lot of Breckenridge condos and this is the nicest in terms of spaciousness for a 2-bedroom condo, locations, quietness, and comfort. One of the best couches I've sat on and lots of other attention to detail.

Summer stay

The condo was really great. Better than I expected. Most places I’ve booked on VRBO have been a little poorly maintained but not this one. Everything is in great working order and very clean/updated. The balcony was very nice to enjoy the cool afternoons. The location was perfect for walking down Main Street, our 5 year old had no trouble walking everywhere we wanted to go, including to the breck gondola. The host Lora was very communicative and helpful. We loved it, no complaints.

We are a mountain loving family looking to share our love of downtown Breck with others! We stayed at Main St Station many times when we visited Breck over the years and it NEVER disappointed ! The opportunity came about to buy a little slice of heaven to share with others.......

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When we stayed as guests, we LOVED walking to local restaurants, shopping and all of downtown Breck. Not to mention the 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift--close to the condo door. We found this property to be one of the most modern, comfortable and updated properties in town. (and we tested out many others....nothing compared to this property!) We also found the shared amenities to be something for everyone of all ages. From the multiple hot tubs to pool to FREE ski valet to fitness center to location--can't be beat!
