Enjoy a peaceful stay in our recently renovated Rochester Hills colonial situated in quite cul-de-sac with a gated private backyard with new *SPORT COURT* with pickle ball, hockey, pro basketball net. More fun activities include bikes, hammocks, fire pit & frisbee golf. Everything is brand new! Great for families with kids. Bright open kitchen and large living areas with stylish comfortable furniture. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Close to paint creek trail, downtown rochester and nearby parks.

Everything brand new! 3,000 square feet. Smart Philips lights throughout the house creates the perfect ambience for any occasion. Built it Sonos speakers through the inside and outside so you never miss a beat.
