The pics in this property do not do it justice. It is updated very nicely but has all the historic charm. Cute front porch and backyard for gathering with a fire pit. Check in was easy and property manager was quick. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Great neighborhood. Centrally located. Large diningroom table to play games. Definitely will stay here again!
We stayed as a Family and where able to grill, play games, and hang out while we visiting extended family in Billings. It was clean well taken care of with ample room for everyone.
Great place for a family to gather. Our 5 year old nephew was able to navigate the stairs well but smaller children may not be able to so you may want to bring a baby gate or two. Great indoor & outdoor space, nice homey feel, and a beautiful park within walking distance. Very friendly neighborhood. We got to experience a power outage due to weather but Andrew was able to bring us battery operated lights and was always available to answer questions. Easy access to amenities and adventures as well as our daughter who we'd come to visit. Thank You for sharing this Great Family Gathering Place with us! We hope to return in the future.
Outstanding property that met the needs of the entire family. Conveniently located in central Billings, close to parks and downtown, and in an excellent quiet neighborhood. We sure enjoyed our time visiting with family and friends during our stay, the house was very comfortable and clean.
Our family totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO!
LOVED that:
The owner's paid thoughtful attention to maintain the historic character of this gem!
The yard and landscaping was well-done!
The spacious front porch and backyard had tasteful lighting and flexible seating options.
The rooms were spacious & mattress comfortable.
The dining & living room were spacious and kitchen well-equipped.
Property Manager, Andrew, was very responsive and accommodating - Thank you!
The only recommendation I have is to move the check-out time from 10 a.m. to 11 or noon, more similar to that of other large VRBOs.
We'll be back and highly recommend this VRBO.
Thanks Again!
A couple of things weren’t instantly clear to us 1) how to engage the air conditioning 2) fully opening drain in master bathroom tub. Both due to user unawareness and soon remedied. When I called the manager he was very helpful and offered to come right over which was not necessary.
We used outdoor cooking facilities for our first meal, delightful barbecue on patio. Lovely neighborhood near the park where we held a family reunion.
Lovely home in an established neighborhood with fenced in yard and is very quiet. Rear patio was perfect for outdoor grilling and visitation around the fire pit. Rooms were perfect, well appointed and comfortable. Laundry rooms were handy and kitchen/dining area was as advertised. The garage provided for off street parking and security. We'll be back!
Need written instructions for tv. Could not get to work. Lock on alley fence doesn’t work thus had to walk around garage to alley to deposit trash and recycle. Only three wine glasses. Umbrella broken.Kleenex would have been nice.
If you need a multi bedroom house in Billings - this is it! All 4 bedrooms are lovely and comfy with everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room had lots of seating. The grounds are well kept. The downstairs master bath is fabulous and now I need a laundry room off my bedroom - so convenient!
Communication with owner & property management was great.
I grew up in Billings and had many friends on the "tree streets" - Spruce, Pine, Ash, Elm and Locust. This large house is in that quiet neighborhood close to downtown and various attractions.
The house has 4 bedrooms with large beds in each room. The basement has been converted to a master bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV. There are washers and dryers in the basement and on the second floor. There is a 2 car garage with a remote opener for the car.
The house is clean and has the usual amenities- dishes, stove and oven, microwave, a large backyard with a grill and fire pit.
We had a couple of minor issues and the PM responded promptly. An instruction sheet with TV remote and garage opener instructions would be helpful. The wifi is excellent.
Would stay again in a heartbeat.
This lovely historic home has been beautifully decorated and had everything our family of 8 needed for our stay while attending a conference in Billings. Close to the hospital and downtown. Great location. Nice little backyard with BBQ, table, and chairs. Nicely remodeled kitchen with modern appliances. They spared no expense in this home. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage and closet space. Relaxing place to “come home” to at the end of the day. Highly recommend.
