Quaint guest house

Adorable guest house, centrally located in Hollywood. Easy check in/out. Much more comfortable and quiet than any hotel. 5 stars!

3 days in Hollywood Dell

Nice little unit with all we needed for a short stay. Our main attraction was private off street parking. The area a has bumper to bumper exposed street parking. We enjoyed parking on circle drive at our front door. Price was reasonable. Comfortable. Private. Close to everything.

Lovely guesthouse good location

We had a lovely stay at Linda's guesthouse. It is clean and nicely decorated. Linda has been very responsive and there were things for breakfast and tea/coffee at the guesthouse which we thought was very thoughtful. The property location is great imo. It is walking distance to Hollywood blvd (property is up a hill so on the way back maybe get a taxi) and a short taxi ride (about 10 mins) from Universal and Warner bros studios and from Griffin park and Observatory. Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, the Getty are also a 20-min car/taxi ride. So I found this location even better than West Hollywood which is usually recommended. It is a quiet and residential area. That said there are no shops/restaurants in close proximity so if you want to order takeaway you may have trouble as most of the places appearing on UberEats wouldn't delivery to that address and one pizza place that did took double the time initially quoted. The property has everything you may need. Maybe it's not ideal for a long stay in winter as there is only a heater in the bedroom and because there is no heating in the bathroom it is a bit chilly and the towels can never get dry. However it is worth noting that we were there in one of the coldest and rainiest weeks. I have heard it is usually much warmer and sunnier even in winter. Linda kindly let us leave our luggage at the guesthouse after checkout time which we greatly appreciated. All in all a good stay. Would recommend it!
