Primary suite is Cal King. Secondary bedroom is appointed with adult-aluminum, top-of-the-line, queen sized bunkbeds. Queen trundle.
Perfect for getting to the fun or staying in and making fun.

Located in the highly desirable "Helios" complex adjacent to the Westin and Village Gondola. This spacious townhome is over 1300sqft and renovated for comfort.
Easy in/out. There are two parking spots directly in front of the unit.
Reverse Layout - The Primary and Secondary Bedrooms are on the ground floor and the upstairs is a huge open space that holds the kitchen, dining room and living room. The perfect family and friend gathering spot.
The queen over queen with queen trundle, aluminum bunk beds in the secondary room are perfect for kids, adults and couples.

Each bedroom has a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The 2nd floor bathroom also has a shower.

Recently upgraded to a 77" OLED TV in living room. Perfect for watching movies after a hard day on the slopes.

Nice accommodations, great location, nicest owner in the world!!

Seth gave great check in and check out instructions. Place was clean and walking distance to the Village. Our car wouldn’t start and Seth was so kind allowing us to extend our stay and offering help in every direction. Two thumbs up recommendation!

Helios 12 South is my second home and I use it all the time.

This isn't a absentee owner, dusty, old rental. It's owner loved and used.

Why they chose this property

I.LOVE.THIS.UNIT...
I purchased this townhome in 2011. Originally, I was looking for a unit at the Westin or in the village but quickly realized, HELIOS was the place to be. It's adjacent to everything and is MUCH bigger and more comfortable than any of the condo-hotels.
What I love about this unit:
- Way bigger than anything at the Westin or in the village.
- Huge kitchen
- Quiet yet right next to the action.
- You park right in front of the unit front door. You can load in and load out very easily.
- It's super comfortable.
- It has mountain charm yet modernized.
