Warm and cozy, upgraded, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor (single level) condo in phase IV of the beautiful Snowcreek complex (Unit #563). Sleeps 6!

This unit is upgraded with high-end furniture throughout. The living room features a gas fireplace, large comfortable sofa, and a large, flat-screen TCL smart TV. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private outdoor patio (just off the living room) which offers a private gas BBQ.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the fully-stocked, upgraded kitchen furnished with wood cabinetry, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, and well stocked with all the cookware and dish ware you'll need. Dine in at the large dining table (with seating for 6) or grab a quick snack at the kitchen bar (with stools provided for additional seating). The private, in-home washer dryer includes provided laundry pods.

The cozy bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath in the master bedroom, and a full over full bunk bed with and additional full-sized trundle pull out underneath in the second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom off the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen smart LG TV's.

The property features free, private WiFi and cable TV service. Walk to the town's no cost shuttle stop (red line); as well as nearby Mammoth Creek, and Mammoth's network of walking and bike trials.
