Snowcreek V 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Cozy 5 ⭐️ Mountain Retreat!

Welcome to our Mammoth Lakes Condo in Snowcreek V! As soon as you walk in, you will feel at home - just in beautiful Mammoth! Cozy and complete with mountain decor, this spacious condo will provide ample room for all of your family's needs. Located in Snowcreek V, you will have views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Rock and the Sherwin. The dog fee is $150 per dog. There is a bed and TOT tax of 14% added to the rent separately that is paid to Mono Lake County.

All one level, bottom floor, two stairs to the door. Spacious open floor plan with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the living, dining and kitchen area. Walk right out the front door to hiking, biking and views of Mammoth Rock!

You are just steps away from Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Athletic Club & Spa (extra charge). Relax on the deck of this quiet oasis and enjoy the tranquility.

.6 miles from Old Mammoth Road and right next to Snowcreek Golf Course. There is a shuttle stop at the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret. Very quiet and safe to walk out the front door to many trails including hidden lake.

Close to bus lines. .4 walk.

This first floor unit with parking right in front (plenty) has it's own front door and no hallways or stairs! 1453 square feet. Bedrooms on opposite sides for maximum privacy. Wood floors.
- Pet fee is $150 - dog only! No cats - severe allergies.
- Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
- Call for pet requirements of the HOA association

Perfect place for a family in Mammoth

We had never stayed in the newer Snowcreek golf development but it was beautiful and the condo was very clean and well-appointed. Will definitely book it again!

This is a fantastic two bedroom condo in the beautiful and exclusive Snowcreek V development right in the heart of Old Mammoth and minutes away from everything while also quiet and secluded. Extremely pet friendly, well-maintained with an updated kitchen and nicely decorated and furnished living and dining areas. Comfortable beds, luxury bath towels, and a single level floor plan perfect for families with dogs that have short legs, or families dealing with strollers or individuals who need to avoid stairs. Extremely friendly and communicative hosts who genuinely cared about our enjoyment and comfort. Recommend 1000%!

Fall fun in Mammoth with friends

We had a fabulous time for 5 days. Our VRBO was perfect and so were the owners. Very hands on and super doggy friendly. Down to the doggy bowls and crate if needed. We will stay again and recommend.

Amazing location!

I almost don’t want to leave a review so I can keep this gem a secret! My family and I have been visiting Mammoth for years and this is the best location we have ever stayed at. Terry was amazing and in constant communication with us for anything we needed. I loved the location and set up was perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Close to down and lakes. We will most definitely stay here again!

Very nice, relaxing environment

My husband and I enjoyed a restful week staying at this condo. The interior was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated and has everything you might need for prepping meals. The patio provides a nice area for reading and relaxing. Natural beauty, walking trails, bike paths were a short distance from the condo. We would stay again. The owners were very helpful in answering all our questions.

exquisite Mammoth retreat

This is a five star review for sure. A beautiful, cozy Mammoth condo - with all the updated amenities. Great kitchen -perfect for cooking hearty ski dinners, a , beautiful family room. The kitchen is well stocked, there are wonderful games and DVD's - beautiful lighting in the bedrooms (great for reading!) Plenty of ample storage, - convenient parking. A wonderful , cozy place to come back to after a day on the slopes!

We found this property to be relaxing and a perfect break from hectic city life. It was easy to check in and out, the unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could think of. It was well organised, had plenty of cooking, dish and glassware. The living area was comfortable, and set up for conversation or games and we spent most of our time, after hiking, enjoying time together. The property was very dog friendly with crates available and dog bowls. Parking was directly in front of unit. The location was perfectly located in a quiet area with easy access to town and the golf course. We would definitely stay in this property again!

We’ve stayed in several locations in mammoth but this one by far has been our favorite. Terri is so accommodating to her guests and she is always in communication for anything we may need. I can’t recommend this location enough not only for the location being close to hikes but the overall comfort.

Wonderful host, Terry was easy to communicate with and was very helpful before and during our stay! The location and home were perfect- plenty of space for my family of 4 doggy… bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Restful Stay at Snowcreek V

We always look forward to our Summer stay in Mammoth. We like this area because the landscaping and buildings are carefully maintained by Snowcreek. It's relaxing place to take walks, ride bikes, and enjoy the beauty. The condo has an updated kitchen and provides everything you might need to prepare meals. The owners are very friendly and responsive to any needs we've had in the past. Also, the condo is well taken care of and clean. We look forward to coming back!

Mammoth Holiday

We had a Great adventure in Mammoth!! We spent a day at June Lake, a day in Yosemite and a day at convict lake. In the evenings we stayed in our cozy vrbo watching movies and playing games. This townhouse was very comfortable and well appointed.

Snowy Wonderland

Wonderfully appointed townhouse with everything you could possibly ask for! All amenities were exactly as described or even better. We stayed during a snow storm and the property was quickly plowed and tended to giving us quick access to the mountain. The property was well maintained and had a great view of the area. Close to town, yet far enough away to feel secluded. Hosts were easy to communicate with and friendly. We will be back again soon!

Five Star Host

All the 5-star reviews are spot on. We stayed for 8 nights during Christmas week. The host was very accommodating and proactive, checking in with us mid-trip to see how things were going. We cooked most of our meals at the house, and the kitchen was well-appointed and organized. The house was very comfortable overall.The only caution we would note for future renters is that there is a unit upstairs, and the floors do transmit impact noise, so you may hear footsteps. This could be an issue for light sleepers, especially because the entry stair is particularly noisy. A family rented the upper unit during the second half of our stay, and they had a few kids and a dog.Despite the noise issues, which are beyond the host's control, it was still a 5-star stay that included a beautiful white Christmas.

Another Relaxing Vacation

My wife and I have been back to Mammoth and stayed at this condo three of the last four years. The condo is it an excellent location and very peaceful. The beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this condo for a couple or a small family.

After 28 years of camping, skiing, hiking, biking and just plain hanging out in Mammoth, we sold our 5th wheel and purchased our dream vacation rental home! We are from Studio City, California (born and raised) and love Mammoth. We are fortunate enough to have work that allows us to work from home so we are in Mammoth enjoying our place about once a month. We take great pride in making a wonderful experience for each guest and have over the years collected many stories and praise in our guest book.

Why they chose this property

We had always dreamed of having a place in Snowcreek V. We loved the meadow and being so close to the golf course (we both love golf). We also loved how safe it feels walking the dogs, letting the kids ride around on their bikes and play in the snow as we are .5 miles from any fast moving traffic. And you can walk right out your front door to the many trials for walking and biking.

What makes this property unique

Our first floor unit has parking right in front, a trash bin very close, jacuzzi right behind our unit, and a very large grassy area for our dogs. In fact, we have portable fencing we put up for a quick fenced in yard - very handy on the snowy days! If you don't like to lug all your equipment upstairs, you will love walking right in to the unit (a 2 step landing to the door!).
