Our home is a spacious 4 Bedroom 2 ½ bathroom within a gated community providing maximum privacy and ample space. It features a great living room with a fireplace and an open furniture layout for maximum flow and living. All bathrooms are stocked with amenities and furnished bath towels. Relax and entertain yourself with our Roku Smart TV’s offering You Tube TV and high-speed wireless internet. Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick lunch or a family holiday meal. Our unique outdoor modern living environment is designed for entertaining. Our new pebble tech salt water pool and spa is a great way to enjoy the property will friends and family.
The Backyard features a Weber BBQ with direct gas line and a wood bar to mix up your favorite drinks. Our large dining table can easily accommodate 12 for your family meal. We have 4 chaise luxury lounges to catch a tan or just relax. After a long day of relaxing in the pool, warm up next to the fire pit and chat away about the day’s activities. There’s always more fun to be had with our ping pong table, dart board or board games. At night, enjoy the clear blue skies and breathtaking views of the fabulous Chocolate Mountains or have a wonderful gathering under the stars.

Bed and Sleeping Summary: 1 King Size Bed, 2 Queen Size Beds, 2 Twin Beds,2 Twin Rollaway Beds, and a large sectional couch for additional sleeping.

Other things to note:
Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023
