This is a two-story townhouse in Ortega, on a quiet street of mostly single family homes one block from the St. Johns River. The complete structure consists of 6 apartment homes, each with its private spaces.

The apartment is 1035 square feet. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath residence.

Utilities are covered (water, electric, and internet) and boasts high speed WIFI. You can Netflix or any other streaming entertainment with 2 large smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom).

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, 1/2 bath (powder room), and a separate dining area and living room... which opens onto a patio and enclosed yard (with outside sitting and eating areas). If an additional sleeping area is required, the living room hosts a queen sized sleeper sofa for a total of 4 beds.

The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds) and 2 baths plus a laundry (washer / dryer).

There is assigned parking directly in front of the residence.

The properly is conveniently between Ortega Blvd. and US17, and is close to NAS Jax (Naval Base), St. Johns Ave. shopping & restaurants, and St. Vincents Hospital.

The apartment is completely move-in ready and capable of providing a comfortable and pleasant home away from home.

What a wonderful stay in Jax
The townhome was beautiful, had everything we needed, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood right on the river. Loved how it was conveniently located in the center of Jax to get anywhere we needed to go. Only con was the bed in the master bedroom, hard memory foam, although nothings like your own bed! We love our stay and it was perfect for our family!

Great week long stay in Jacksonville!
We had a great experience here. The house looks exactly as pictured. There plenty of household items supplied by the hosts (pots, pans, kettle, utensils, toiletries). It was nice because we didn’t really have to run out to grab anything for our stay. The host was nice and you can expect regular communication leading up to your stay. We didn’t really need to reach out for anything during our stay, but I am sure if needed they would have been helpful and quick to respond. We booked for a beach trip, and the closest beach is 35-40 minutes away. This was not a surprise for us going in. I still would recommend this place for those looking to book for a beach trip because planning out your trips to the beach and other sites (St. Augustine, Gainesville, etc.) was relatively convenient given they are all roughly the same distance away—the house was a pretty central location for traveling to all of the popular stops in upper Florida. Note that there are a few places to eat and grab groceries pretty close to the house, but if those don’t fit your diet or tastes well, you should expect a 15-20 minute drive for other options given the location and Jacksonville traffic. This house is apart of multi-home unit. You will only have another tenant on one side and we didn’t really hear them. The most restricting aspect was the parking—the unit is only allotted 1 space, but there are two guest spaces shared by all 4 units. We had to park one car on the street a few times (we took 3 cars).
