Village Central at Blue: Ground Floor Condo
Ground floor condo located within the Mountain Walk condos, just steps from the Village, the ski lifts, and excellent golf at Monterra, this upgraded condo features comfortable furnishings throughout, gas fireplace, and a full, well-equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. This rental also comes with a covered patio and a gas grill, should you wish to augment your lunch or dinner menus with a little something special.
The space
This chalet condo is perfect for your ski or golf vacation at Blue Mountain! Enjoy amazing views and access to the ski slopes -just walk right over to the Silver Bullet chairlift and be at the top of the hill in no time! It’s a short walk to the Blue Mountain Village with dozens of restaurants, shops and events for you to enjoy!
Mountain Walk chalet condos are located in the heart of this amazing area, just a short drive to the Scandinave Spa, Scenic Caves, NorthWinds Beach on Georgian Bay and the pretty historic Main Street of downtown Collingwood. From ice skating to mountain biking, the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, Monterra Golf Course, epic hiking, and water sports on Georgian Bay, this location offers a lot to do!
Enjoy the convenience of this amazing location. With ground level access, this chalet condo is professionally decorated with locally made “après-ski” wall hangings and decor, and guests will love the views and cozy feeling at Mountain Walk. Enjoy a BBQ on the walkout covered patio with views of the ski slopes and cozy up next to the fire for a true Après-ski experience.
Living Room
Enjoy the Après-ski life! Cozy up in front of the fireplace on the big sectional sofa and take in a movie, or roll the dice and play some of the included board games. There’s plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a day on the slopes.
Kitchen & Dining Room
When you’re not enjoying of the many delicious restaurants at Blue, you can prepare a meal here with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Cookware, bakeware, plates, utensils and spices are included, just bring food. Whether home cooked or delicious local takeout, you can enjoy your meals together with friends and family around the Dining Room table.
Bedrooms
All beds feature hotel quality linens, freshly pressed for a comfortable, restful sleep. The upstairs bedroom features a King bed and ensuite, and the ground level bedrooms each feature Queen and single beds.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
